How to opt-out a listing on Realtor.com® from Apply Now

This article is only relevant for users from Realtor.com® who are in MLS markets not partnered with Rental Beast. If you are in an MLS market partnered with Rental Beast, refer to our other help articles for accurate information regarding these topics.

This article helps agents opt their listing(s) from Realtor.com® out of using Apply Now to collect application and screening reports. This will also remove the button from their listings through Realtor.com®.

How to opt a single listing out of Apply Now:

Realtor.com® controls the ability to hide the Apply Now button on an individual listing basis. 

To request suppression:

  1. Email applynow@realtor.com and include your details and listing(s) where applicable.
  2. Realtor.com® Customer Care T2 Team will follow up with you.

How to opt all listings out of Apply Now:

  1. Go to RentalBeast.com and log in to your account. 
  2. Click on the “Settings” button.
  3. Click on the “Apply Now” tab.
  4. Uncheck the checkbox next to “Apply Now Opt Out”.
  5. Click the “Save Changes” button to update your settings.
