How to access and manage applications from Realtor.com®

This article provides step-by-step guidance on accessing reports, reviewing applications, and next steps.

How to create and log in to your account the first time: 

  1. Go to RentalBeast.com in your browser.
  2. Click on the “Log In” tab.
  3. Type the email associated with your listing into the “Email” field.
  4. Click on the “Forgot Password” button.
  5. Check your email for a temporary password.
  6. Type your email into the “Email” field and the temporary password into the “Password” field. 
  7. Click the “Log In” button to access your Rental Beast Dashboard. 

How to log in to an existing account: 

  1. Go to RentalBeast.com in your browser.
  2. Click on the “Log In” tab.
  3. Type your email into the “Email” field and your password into the “Password” field. 
  4. Click the “Log In” button to access your Rental Beast Dashboard. 

How to reset your temporary password:

If you do not know your password, complete these steps first:

  1. Go to RentalBeast.com in your browser.
  2. Click on the “Log In” tab.
  3. Type your email into the “Email” field.
  4. Click on the “Forgot Password” button.
  5. Check your email for a temporary password.

To set a permanent password:

  1. Go to RentalBeast.com and log in to your account. 
  2. Type your email into the “Email” field and your password into the “Password” field. 
  3. Click the “Log In” button to access your Rental Beast Dashboard. 
  4. Click on the “Settings” button.
  5. Click on the “Security” tab.
  6. Type your old or temporary password into the “Old Password” field. 
  7. Type your new password into the “New Password” and “Repeat New Password” fields.
  8. Click on the “Update Password” button.

How to view application status and reports: 

  1. Go to RentalBeast.com and log in to your account. 
  2. Click on the “Applications” tab.
  3. Locate the desired listing and click on it to expand the details to see renter applications. A maximum of five applications are viewable when you expand the listing to view applications. If you have collected more than five applications, search by the applicant’s name if you do not see it.

  1. When your reports are ready to view, Click the “View Application” button for the applicant report you want to review.

How to initiate an application using the blue form: 

  1. Go to RentalBeast.com and log in to your account. 
  2. Click on the “Applications” tab.

  1. Type in the property contact (person who will review the application), property, and applicant information in each section.
