Depending on your role in the application and affiliation with our MLS partners, there can be different ways to access Rental Beast and the Apply Now tool and features.
If your MLS/Association is a partner with Rental Beast:
- Go to your MLS website and log-in to their dashboard.
- Locate Rental Beast on the main dashboard as a tile or in a drop-down tab (IE: Search).
- Click on the tile or link to be automatically redirected with SSO into the Rental Beast dashboard.
- Click on the "Applications" tab to see an application's status or to review an application or report.
If you are affiliated with a non partnered MLS or a Property Owner / Manager
- Go to www.RentalBeast.com
- Click on the "Log-In" button
- Enter your email and password and click the "Sign In" button
- Click the "Apply Now Circle" on the main dashboard to see an application's status or to review an application or report.
If you are the applicant:
- Go to www.RentalBeast.com
- Click on the "Log-In" button
- Click on your "Profile" name in the header to expand a drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Applications" tab to view an application's status or to review an application or report.
When any party initiates an application for a prospective renter, an account in Rental Beast is automatically made for the renter and is associated with their email address. Click the "Forgot Password" button on the sign-in page and use the temporary password sent to your email to log in to Rental Beast.
