Yes. Additional applicants can be designated when starting the application process. If you add an applicant(s) or cosigner/guarantor(s), each additional party added to the application will pay a separate application fee.
It’s a good idea to contact the landlord or listing agent to let them know a guarantor has been added as an additional applicant.
If you add a cosigner or guarantor, the best practice is to check the requirements with the property contact. Some property contacts require higher multiplies of income to monthly rent and financial security (IE 5-6X monthly rent).
