How does a renter upload documents with the application?

Applicants can upload documents directly after applying or later by returning to Rental Beast. 

If documents are not uploaded after submitting their application and payment, complete the following steps to upload documents:

  1. Log-in to Rental Beast and click on your "Profile" name in the header to expand a drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the "Applications" tab.
  3. Once in the applicant portal, click “Upload Documents”.
