Not all parties involved in the application process have access to the application and screening report. The reviewer and applicant(s) will be the only parties who can review the whole application and screening report.
Results are seen by the landlord or a proxy designated by the landlord, such as a property manager or listing agent, as required by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). As the reviewer, you will be notified via email when tenant screening reports are available. To review the application and report, refer to this help article.
Tenant agents can only view the status of an application. They can not view the application or reports. To view the status of an application, refer to this article.
Additionally, tenant applicants may view, access, and download a copy of the credit report associated with their application. To view the application and screening report as a tenant applicant, refer to this article.
Most reports will be available within 24 hours of application submission and payment by the prospective renter; however, if a report has not been generated in 48 hours, please contact our chat support.
