What does the Quick Apply Link do?

The Quick Apply Link allows listing agents or property owners/managers to streamline the application process for their listing(s) by providing an easily accessible link applicants can use to apply without the real estate professional having to initiate the application.

Any listing that has Apply Now enabled will automatically generate a unique URL specific to the listing. A listing agent can share the Quick Apply Link through multiple mediums, including adding it to a QR code to use on flyers and other promotional material. This allows a listing agent to collect applications from prospective renters without doing as much leg work. The Quick Apply Link can be found on the Applications or My Listings tabs.

Once an applicant clicks on a Quick Apply Link, they just need to complete the application, and then Transunion will generate the screening report. To learn how a renter completes an application, refer to this help article.
