All credit-related information is derived directly from the bureau. Rental Beast does not view or retain non-public, credit-related information to remain FCRA-compliant.
Transunion is only responsible for generating the credit, eviction (market dependent), and background report (market dependent). However, they do not generate or verify information manually entered on the application by the renter. For example, an applicant's residential history, employment history, or pay stubs.
