All applications and screening reports are processed by Transunion. Most reports will be available for review within 24 hours. However, the entire application process can take days from the initial submission until the application reviewer makes a decision.
All parties will be notified in-platform and via email when the screening reports are ready to view. They will also be notified about any status change throughout the process.
Most reports will be available within 24 hours of application submission and payment by the prospective renter; however, if a report has not been generated in 48 hours, please contact our chat support.
