All parties involved in an application can use Apply Now. This includes property owners, property managers, listing or renter agents, and renters.
Apply Now only works for listing(s) in our affiliated markets or MLS organizations.
For renters, you must have a “Social Security Number (SSN)” or an “Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)” to use Apply Now. If you do not have one of these, Transunion cannot generate a screening report.
Apply Now should work for potential applicants with the required information to generate a screening report. For more information on the required information a renter will need, refer to this help article.
